Getting your product to you the quickest way we can is our #1 priority.

Please be aware that since the Global Pandemic, all logistics operations around the globe have come under intense pressure.  This means the delivery times are very fluid, evolving and changing.  This can also include the processing times of your orders, we usually have a same day to 3 days processing time.  We have experienced up to 8 days in the rarest of circumstances, we are being transparent about this as it's a real thing and you're understanding is the most important thing to us, you're our customer and we want to ensure we look after you!

The pandemic affects can slow down processing of orders due to a multiple of reasons a usual consumer would not, or may not know about.  Such as, slow receiving of the materials needed to run our production lines for our garments.  Staff sickness, not limited to our own but also the other parties we integrate with regularly to ensure we have the processing lines running.  We are a global operation and have many partners connected to us.  Many different countries have different rules for quarantining and deliveries.  

Our below estimates are based upon a rolling global average and could be quicker or slower.

Due to the potential of slow shipping of stock to local warehouses, in your country, we will sometimes ship your order from an international location.  We will only do this if it's quicker to get your product to you, even if it costs us more to do so.

Shipping times:

• Standard, Free Shipping, takes varying times depending on the destination country.  The 5 main countries are:
• Australia: 10 - 16 days
• America: 10 - 22 days
• Canada: 10 - 22 days
• New Zealand: 10 - 16 days
• United Kingdom: 8 - 16 days
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.  Please be mindful of the continuing global Covi-19 Pandemic and it's global effects on shipping and logistics, international and local.

Shipping Locations

• We ship from the warehouse that will get your product to you the quickest, our warehouses are located in America, Asia and Australia.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 to 5 business days.

We will always meet your consumer rights, according to your country of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Any returns after this period will not be accepted unless the goods have become faulty, at no fault of the customer.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We attempt at all times to be as eco friendly as possible, this may mean we will not have our branding on our product at the neck line and may not attach a cardboard and twine logo card.  This is usually due to availability of materials that are responsibly sourced.

A faulty product is eligible for a refund or exchange or store credit.  We will request photo and video evidence of the fault to avoid unnecessary costs to you for transporting goods for inspection.  If photos and video are not able to be produced we will not entertain a return on the product until we have inspected it.  We must be able to clearly verify the fault with the item, if we believe we cannot clearly verify the fault due to manufacturing, we will request that you send the product to us at your cost, so we can verify the fault and move forward with your return.  This is not negotiable.

Upon inspection, if the product is found not to be faulty, or we believe it is customer induced, we will not process the return.  We will send it back to you upon payment of the shipping costs to do so.  We will only hold your goods for 7 days before donating it to charity if you do not claim it. 

If the fault is verified we will refund your order and we will also compensate you for the costs of the shipping, a receipt must be produced and we will only pay standard shipping rates, not express or any other variation.

Non Faulty Product return requests such as a wrong size, or that you simply do not like it are only upon an application basis.  We will not refund returns that are not faulty.  We will in most instances invite you to return the product to us, at your cost, and we will resend the correct size once, we won't repeatedly send out different sizes.  This is decided by us at time or inquiry.  You may also request a credit to be used at a latter date or towards different items.  If you change your mind and would like a refund, we will charge a 50% surcharge on the item upon receiving as new item back to us.

To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or your order number to verify your order date.  You can always contact us for any return question by using our live chat or our contact us form on the website.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
