Refund policy

We will always meet your consumer rights, according to your country of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Any returns after this period will not be accepted unless the goods have become faulty, at no fault of the customer.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

A faulty product is eligible for a refund or exchange or store credit.  We will request photo and video evidence of the fault to avoid unnecessary costs to you for transporting goods for inspection.  If photos and video are not able to be produced we will not entertain a return on the product until we have inspected it.  We must be able to clearly verify the fault with the item, if we believe we cannot clearly verify the fault due to manufacturing, we will request that you send the product to us at your cost, so we can verify the fault and move forward with your return.  This is not negotiable.

Upon inspection, if the product is found not to be faulty, or we believe it is customer induced, we will not process the return.  We will send it back to you upon payment of the shipping costs to do so.  We will only hold your goods for 7 days before donating it to charity if you do not claim it. 

If the fault is verified we will refund your order and we will also compensate you for the costs of the shipping, a receipt must be produced and we will only pay standard shipping rates, not express or any other variation.

Non Faulty Product return requests such as a wrong size, or that you simply do not like it are only upon an application basis.  We will not refund returns that are not faulty.  We will in most instances invite you to return the product to us, at your cost, and we will resend the correct size once, we won't repeatedly send out different sizes.  This is decided by us at time or inquiry.  You may also request a credit to be used at a latter date or towards different items.

To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or your order number to verify your order date.  You can always contact us for any return question by using our live chat or our contact us form on the website.


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
